Pandoodle CEO Dirk Brown to speak at
Digital Spring

First public demonstration of Pandoodle's Personalized Animation Technology

Sunnyvale, CA April 30, 2010: Pandoodle announced today that CEO Dirk Brown will be speaking at the Digital Hollywood Spring event in Santa Monica, CA May 3-6, 2010. Dr. Brown will demonstrate examples of animation sequences that have been personalized by Pandoodle by inserting viewer created avatars into broadcast quality 3D animations.

Digital Hollywood Spring is a production of Digital Hollywood based in New York and brings together executives of entertainment, distribution, content, broadcast and technology to discuss changes and trends in the digital entertainment industry. Dr. Brown will demonstrate personalized animation in a session titled, "Breakthroughs in Entertainment and Technology." This is the first time personalized animation will be shown in a public forum.

"Personalized animation places the viewer in the action," said Brown. "Instead of passively watching a story, viewers can create an avatar of themselves or their children and place them inside the animation." Pandoodles's patent pending process allows animators to create "Replaceable Characters" in their content. When a viewer orders a personalized version of the animation, Pandoodle inserts the viewer's avatar into the animation and renders a one off copy of the animation for download or delivery on a DVD.

"We think Pandoodle's Personalized Animations will disrupt the animated content the same way Amazon disrupted shopping and YouTube disrupted video distribution," said Brown. "Think how more compelling a children's story is with your child in it."

Personalized animations provide content owner with significantly augmented merchandising revenue and brand value with almost no additional investment. These products supplement products in the standard broadcast, cinema and DVD channels, and provide a compelling differentiator to consumers through direct-to-consumer channels . Unlike online and mobile content today, Personalized Animations are each unique and largely immune from illegal copying

The first broadcast programs with personalized capability are scheduled to be aired later this year in the United States.
